A lawyer by profession, Frans coordinates business among all of PIH's subsidiary companies. He oversees company board meetings and ensures the smooth running of business throughout Europe.
Since obtaining his Master’s in Fiscal Law at the University of Leiden in the Netherlands, Frans has used his academic expertise to specialise in international tax structures.
